RapidFix UV is an amazing liquid plastic adhesive that only sets when exposed to UV light. Simply shine the UV light on the adhesive for 10-20 seconds to cure. The adhesive hardens in seconds and dries crystal clear. The high strength bond can be sanded, filed, drilled and painted. RapidFix UV should only be used on repairs where the UV light can penetrate the adhesive. Do not use the product where the adhesive is between any solid material where the UV light cannot reach. Rapid Fix UV Adhesive

You’ll see adds for this kind of product where there glue together bricks and drive cars over them or glue bricks to walls and walk on them. However, if the light can’t reach the adhesive it will not cure so all the adhesive sandwiched between two bricks or between a brick and a wall remains incited and provides no adhesion. I used this to try and repair a crack in my trailer’s plexiglass window. Repair didn’t last the night.

Worked great!

I used this to glue up laser cut acrylic, which would crack with any solvent based glue. It dried clear and in under 30seconds. Perhaps the other reviewers were gluing opaque objects, or the glue was old?? The clear arcrylic lets the us light hit the glue in the joint directly....

A: The RapidFix UV Liquid Plastic will freeze at 0°C in the bottle. It will thaw back out and should not lose any performance after thawing. Recommended storage temperature is 8° C.

Q: does this product repair radiator leak

A: Unfortunately, RapidFix UV Liquid Plastic CANNOT withstand the temperatures generated by a radiator.The adhesive will begin to soften at 212 degrees Fahrenheit and 100 degrees Celsius and will lose its bond to the radiator.
