A: to tell u the truth honestly I have caught rainbows up to 8lbs with the white x-rap,near some rapidsthat I know.in the spring and fall.it works well,the way I use it I will cast out in the river when my line starts to follow the shore line I will stop reeling in andtwich the line or jerk the line and hold right in the current or rapids.then if theres nob bite reel and twitch the line again.u do this until your line is in or when u have a fish.
