Disappointing Results

I was really disappointed. The water pressure kept pushing the watering line out. There is nothing to secure it into the faucet adapter. Had to return it. Canadian Tire is great at accepting product returns!

Not the Best

Bought a week ago, two of the drip emitters do not work, replaced twice with new emitter and these two closest to the faucet will not work. The other 8 work well. Also, the adapter for the faucet leaks.

Rain Bird Water system works great but requires a bit of engineering knowledge to install!

This system works very well. Our plants are flourishing and now I do not have to take down the baskets when they need to be watered. The information included is quite vague and I would recommend having someone with knowledge regarding assembling and then figuring out the correct water pressure to ensure water is distributed to all containers.

Set it and forget it!

Drip irrigation great for shrubs and plants. I have it in my front planters. With this heat, waters for me. It’s great. Your probably going to need more hose however.

Works great

I have used this product for over a year and it works perfectly. I have it hooked up to over 14 pots and hanging baskets and it waters each one perfectly. It has to be set up properly. You can vary the amount of water to each pot by using the proper effuser provided in the kit. I have it hooked up to a melnor water timer. Great value for the money.

A: Connect this easy to assemble kit to your outdoor faucet; cut tubing to length, and place staked watering devices to provide direct watering for up to (8) planters. Simply turn on the faucet to water all plants at once; or for automated watering add a Rain Bird 1ZEHTMR hose-end timer (sold separately). Tubing mounting clips help install 1/4" Drip irrigation tubing on wood surfaces; 1/4" couplers and 1/4" Tee fittings allow customization of tubing assembly. Depending on plant size and watering needs choose either a 1.0 GPH or 2.0 GPH spot emitter; install barbed end into tubing and secure in place with 1/4" tubing stake. Add a bug cap to tubing end to prevent insects from building nests and interrupting water flow. Each 40-piece kit contains: (1) 3/4" FPT pressure regulator with 1/4" tubing adaptor, (10) 1/4" tubing stakes with bug caps, (2) 1/4" barbed couplings, (10) tubing mounting clips, (4) 2.0 GPH spot watering emitters, (4) 1.0 GPH spot watering emitters, (8) 1/4" barbed tees, (1) 25' x 1/4" roll of blank distribution tubing For additional questions, please call our technical support at 1-800-RAIN BIRD (800-724-6247) so we can help.
