Finicky and Break Easy

I have purchased 3 of these for my 2 systems over the last 3 years. I am back to the store this year for 2 more, as both didn’t last through the removing and reinstalling from winterizing. They are very difficult to get on, then off. Almost a guarantee to break at least one of the finicky connection points.
Also, get yourself some extra rubber washers as they’ll be needing to keep the system leaking.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Does this connect directly to the 1/4" emitter or distribution hose, or does it just go directly to 1/2" hose?

A: It connects to the 1/2" dia.hose. If you want to connect to the 1/4' - i think they make a reducer...
