A: Hi, this alone will not work. This is an rf kit comes with 2 remote, antenna and the antenna wire. It’s an extension or add on to a remote start. In your case you will need a complete remote start kit and a bypass module.

Q: When you say the pro start requires a module and has to be flashed with a particular version of firmware how is this accomplished

A: You will need to visit an authorized shop to have the interface professionally flashed with the correct firmware for your vehicles year make and model.

A: To the Canadian tire team. FYI this RF kit will not communicate with a dball2,dball3, or any of the analog prostart systems that you sell. The only thing Canadian tire sells that is compatible with it is the the 4x10 and T-harness kit ( 34-2300 through 34-2335). Also it is not a 5 button remote start system as advertised. It is simply a range extender to 5200 feet with 2 remotes. It will only function when it is connected and paired with the 4x10 digital box and T-harness kits ( which are very nice) that you sell. After the install it works great and customer has 2 very nice looking remotes. FYI this weeks flyer starting October 25th is very misleading on page 37 regarding the sale price of only $79.99 the RF kit. Your stores are going to have some problems with that advertisement.

A: No. This is only an RF kit. You need a complete kit and a bypass kit.

A: Yes this product is compatible with the Nissan Rogue 2016 SL model. You need the remote start module that the RF kit hooks up to. It is highly suggested that it be professionally installed by a technician.

A: Hi there, This will work with a 2009 Nissan Sentra and all you need is an RF kit. However, a better option for your vehicle would be CA5055C (0340801P) and DB3 (034-2402).

A: Hi there, The Prostart Long Range 1-way RF kit is not compatible with your 2020 Toyota Corolla. Either the Prostart 1way system (0340742) or the 2way (0340743) will work in your 2020 Toyota Corolla. You will be required to install an iData ALCA interface module with either Prostart system to ensure proper integration with your vehicles factory immobilizer system and advanced on-board computers.
