ProForm 2.0ES Upright Exercise Bike

This bike goes on my record as the worst purchase I have ever made! I highly recommend against purchasing this bike. Canadian Tire should really NOT be selling this product! ...I purchased it about 1.5 years ago and it worked great for the first few months, even though the seat was wobbly -- but then it started making a weird noise when not in use and the batteries would drain really quickly (like, it wouldn't be used for a week and then suddenly the new batteries would just be dead). The resistance also stopped working - same setting would alternate between too hard and too light. I tried contacting the company for repair help because the warranty had expired and got the run around - apparently the cost to repair would be almost as expensive as buying a new bike. I read a bunch of reviews recently of people who have had the same problem. (And I noticed from the reviews that people who say they like it have generally only had it for a matter of months.) Overall, I recommend you buy something else!

Vraiment très déçue de ce produit! Je n'avais rien à redire... jusqu'à ce que 3 mois après l'achat, il se mette à grincer... et qu'il meurt complètement un mois plus tard! C'est absolument crosseur qu'un produit payé ce prix (même en spécial), brise en aussi peu de temps. À NE PAS ACHETER!

Was used ~5 times before controller stopped working, rendering the bike useless. My kids toys last longer than this product, and cost me a lot less. Do not buy.

I purchased this item on sale and it still wasn't worth it, the pedal broke right off (mind you I weigh 165 lbs) and when I called for repairs as I purchased it 4 months before, i waited 20 mins over the phone and still did not reach anyone, i called another day i waited over 15 mins and reached an agent and they said that the warranty was only 3 months. Do not purchase !

This bike is a lemon. Don't waste your time or money. The console never worked from the beginning properly, turning on and off by itself, and it completely stopped working one day after the warranty. At first, I thought it was a battery issue, but when we went to the trouble to replace the batteries it still did not work. It had crashed entirely, again, one day after the warranty ran out! You could only ride it on the hardest level. So frustrating. The seat was never very secure from the get go too. It wobbled, and had never been comfortable. I had planned on using this exercise bike to get in shape, but it has been very unhelpful with my fitness goals. The right pedal was also an issue, as the metal was not properly threaded and therefore the pedal would become loose and you'd have to try and tighten it. The worst part, it is so loose now, you couldn't even ride the bike on the hardest level if you wanted. Currently, this useless exercise bike is sitting in our hallway upstairs, taking up room. Making a product that is prone to breaking is not only annoying, but it has a negate impact on our environment. Very disappointed that Canadian Tire is still selling this product that is so poorly rated, and has so many issues. Without a solid, functional, and good quality console this bike is worthless, and not useable. This bike has put a sour taste in an otherwise usually very satisfied customer. I'm sure I'm not alone. Why Canadian Tire has not stopped selling this lemon is beyond me...
