Storage inventory problem

When I arrived home the paint was solid and could not be stirred. Probably the stores problem due to storage. Very inconvenient as had to make two long trips.

Q: Can you use this offer an oil based solid deck stain and then use a latex solid deck stain?

A: Tom2023, great question!! You may use the latex solid deck stain directly over the oil based stain that is currently there. We do not recommend putting a paint/primer over a stain and then re-staining it as you will not attain very good results. Hope this helps.

Q: Can use this paint as a primer and water sealer for my exterior garage door trim? or it is better to use a waterproof sealer paint?

A: Hi there John, this primer can be used as it will improve adhesion and stop any severe staining from bleeding through into paint. This product is ideal as long as the door is not subject to rust. If you have any further questions please feel free to visit your local Canadian Tire.

Q: Can this be used on floors, specifically on a basement concrete floor that has been painted previously?

A: Premier Multi-Purpose Primer is not designed for floors, but can be used to minimize the irregularities on the surface and cover the stained areas, but must be top-coated with a suitable floor finish.

Q: Can this primer be sprayed on with a HVLP paint sprayer? If so - does it need to be thinned and is thinning allowed?
