I recommend not purchasing this call.

I purchased this product in good faith, i.e. it would work. On getting home, I could not make any sound with the product I received. I checked the company's website for instructions. I could not find this open reed call on the website.

Not good at all.

This call with the external reed is hard to use and to make a realistic call compared to other calls available. It did not draw in any game at all. I'd like to return it if I could and buy a better call. No support from manufacturer, product seems discontinued by manufacturer.
