It works well, I just changed the filter after ordering two extras. Today, I am also going to order more filters as they are filling up quickly.

Was worried first, based on previous reviews. Plugged in and it went chugging away. at some point, I noticed a drop in throughput. Un plugged it. Read the manual which had detailed instructions about how to disassemble it--and encourages replacing faulty parts as opposed to the whole thing, which is a good thing. It turns out that the problem was PROBABLY the fact that some air made it into the pump => the decrease of flow. A piece of advice: connect it to the swimming pool before turning it on, and make sure it fills with water, overflows (you will have trouble putting the cap on, and that is OK) to make sure there is no air in the pump when it starts pumping away.

A: Hello Kari88, thank you for the question. The Simple-Set Pump, 13-16-ft (P53RX0600201) features 1.25" diameter hoses & fittings and a 600 GPH flow rate. The Summer Waves Quick Set® Ring Pool, 9-ft (P10009260201) also includes 1.25" diameter fittings. The pool holds about 700 gallons, when filled to the recommended level. Q: I can not find exactly which D-type filter cartridge is needed to replace in these. There are several different sizes online. Would be appreciated if someone can link me to which ones I meed and where to get them. Thank you!
