Q: How often do you need to add a capful of this product to the small fountain water which is on my deck outside. We have to add water almost every day so do I have to add the cleaner more often. The bottle does not say how often to add. Ty

A: Hello Carol. This product is use as needed. Each tablet treats 200 gallon of water and works for 2 weeks. You can reapply 1 tablet per 200 gallon every 2 weeks while water temperature is above 50 degrees Fahrenheit. We hope this helps. Your pond boss Water Gardening Specialist, Natalie.

Q: Will this product also remove calcium buildup?

A: I have used this product for several years but always start with a clean birdbath and then add it periodically. I have never had an issue with calcium buildup. Given it’s properties I’d think for a fountain it may prevent but not get rid of an existing problem.

Q: Does it wok on removing algae from pond? Do I have to replace pond's water or not?
