Big disappointment!

I bought my flosser last Sept, 2025, 8 months ago, and It now loses power when I have used about 1/4 of the water. The jet stream dribbles to stop. I've been gentle with the unit and charged it as needed. This malfunction shouldn't happen. Big disappointment! Was recommended by my dental hygienist.

This product doesn`t last.

Doesn't last. I bought mine 8 months ago and two days ago it stopped working, it only hums. It was fully charged. I left it connected overnight to see if that would help, but nothing. It just hums now.

Le Power Flosser 3000 est le jet dentaire le plus efficace que j’ai possédé. En plus d’assainir la bouche de manière générale, il m’a aussi permit découvrir que j’avais un foyer bactérien sur une dent du fond inaccessible au brossage et que j’ai pu déloger grâce à lui. Je l’ai intégré quotidiennement dans ma routine d'hygiène buccale et j’en suis pleinement satisfait.

Le modèle acheté a pour référence HX386B1 et n'est donc pas exactement celui-ci. Il est très efficace mais il m'a lâché au bout d'un an, alors que je faisais confiance à Phillips...La pompe ne débite plus rien!
