I would give 0 stars if I could I have now purchased 2 of these and both right out of the box were defective. I would recommend another BRAND that actually works out of the box

Over and under engineered

There is a programmed ‘missed second' every 15 seconds to indicate when you should move to the next tooth area to clean, but this has proved an inconvenience because the timing is put off (starts too early) when the user does the recommended nozzle filling prior to cleaning their teeth. On the good side, the water flow is powerful and effective, but the water chamber runs out of water half-way through the recommended time of usage and must be refilled. OK for the designed purpose if the user adapts to its peculiarities.

Does the job, performs as expected

For a portable cordless Flosser, this model is pretty impressive. I find it offers a gentle yet sufficient force on the low setting, while medium and high settings are more than plentiful force. The quad nozzle is my favorite, the regular nozzle seems more targeted for a more forceful flush. I have a small mouth, this fits inside easily and I find it easy to use. The water container is small and often needs two fills for a complete job. Only concern is the plug, it seals fine for now. Hope the seal doesn’t weaken over time. For the price and ease of convenience, small footprint and mobility, I like it. It does the job! Spouse has one too 👍👍
