Terrible in every way

This is so terrible I can’t believe it’s on the market. It simply does not work. It’s faster to just heat your milk under the faucet

Works, but not as advertised.

I purchased this as it is easy and straightforward to use. However, all other reviews are correct. It's a challenge to get consistent temperature, and if you use as per instructions, the formula will be way too hot. We use this mainly for fomula. Pros: -easy to use dial -uses water to heat -its not bottle specific. Can use almost any bottle you have. Cons: -hard to get the right temperature. If use as per instructions, the liquid will be too hot. If you try to pull the bottle out early, most of the time you may gauge it right and get the right temperature, and sometimes it will still be cold. -awkward shape means that you need two hands to empty the water after heating -short cord means you may need to plug and unplug every time you need to empty it.

It works, with a caveat

It’s fast at warming bottles BUT sometimes the water can be too hot and I have to place it in the fridge to cool down for a few minutes. Yes, I’ve troubleshooted on my own and read the manual and their troubleshooting tips don’t seem to make a difference. Maybe I just got a faulty bottle warmer. It ‘works’, I just find it inconvenient to check the temperature every single time, especially during the middle of the night.

No, I do not recommend this product.
