Q: does it have straps at the back for carrying like a backpack

A: It does not; the 4 corners come together and it slides into a bag. The bag has a single strap to carry.

Q: How do i close it with the straps out for transport?

A: Thanks for your inquiry– the easiest way to fold any quad chair is to grab onto it on the front left corner of seat, and back right corner of backrest – then bring the 2 points together. Chair should collapse/fold up as you pull it together. On this item, there is no carrybag – only a shoulder strap for transport. To keep the item closed while you transport there is a small Velcro tab on the top of the backrest.

Q: Are Replacement Carry Straps Available? The first time I used the chairs, the carry strap broke off of two of the chairs. I am able to repair them with washers. However, my husband threw them out. Can CTC send me replacement straps, as the chairs are still fine?
