Single season use - not winter, not waterproof

These Norquay Mid Hiker boots are only good for a single season - about 4months. Bought on sale - so I am not too disappointed; but shoes should last longer, especially since its a 'hiking' shoe!! I used them (5)days a week for about (1) hour of walking a day. Not waterproof. Not winter rated. Sides will come apart first. Then the sole will wear away and you will get holes under the shoe - wear some thick socks LOL. Laces are hit or miss - both sides come untied often. On the right side the outer covering on the laces broke/tore off. I didn't replace because inner skinny part still did the job more or less; nail-bitingly... some people say its the metal stud they pass through, not sure. Overall you get what you paid for - cheap carp. If you need something temporarily to get ruined then go for it.

Good if you do not use it very often

Pros: they are perfect when they are new Cons; the bottom will be very soft after minimal use so I cannot recommend it especially not for the price. I bought mine and after 2 months of normal use I had the garbage them because the bottom was so soft that I could feel every Rock and every root that I was walking on
