⭐️ Outbound Hardside Spinner Wheels Luggage Set, 2

I bought this luggage set in early December for a trip and was disappointed with the quality. While the set initially seemed like good value, with two practical sizes and smooth-rolling wheels, the main suitcase tore after just one trip. The material ripped almost immediately, which is not normal wear and tear for a hard-shell suitcase.
Because of the damage, I had to pay for luggage wrapping on my return trip to Canada to prevent my belongings from spilling out during transit. Without doing this, my items would likely have fallen out and been lost. For a product costing this much, this level of durability is unacceptable. I am requesting a refund or replacement, as the product did not perform as advertised.
