A: We dried ours at the campsite in a dryer, as it got wet. It ended up melting. Ruined. My sons Coleman sleeping bag had no issues using the same dryer and setting.

Q: Can this sleeping bag also be used as 2 separate ones? Do the zips go all the way around?

A: yes it can, i just bought it and this is the first thing i did was see if it makes 2 single bags. The only extremely small draw back when made into 2 singles is that the velcro tabs at the opening are wrong (one bag has 2 hook bits, and the other has 2 loop bits) the zippers work perfectly in this configuration however.
