Ok product for less rusty hubs.

I guess it would work on less rusted hubs than mine. But when using this i broke my breaker bar first try and exploded my lug nuts out on the second try. Also doesn't come pre greased so you’ll obliterate the threads. Also what does the locking nut even do?

    Wasn't large enough

Bought this for our 2010 Traverse but it wasn't large enough to go over. So got a bigger one. It is a good quality just not for my current needs

    Near useless

Might work for pulling a brand new hub that was recently installed, but useless for anything that is actually seized.

    It's not universal.

It didn't fit the Honda Pilot 2014. So I bought a carbide burr bit and reshaped a bit and it fit. Still, my hub didn't come out but it pushed the axle out. However, there is a possibility of using a slide hammer with it. I guess that would work.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Good Tool

This will not work on vehicles equipped with 6 lug nuts and will not work on 2011 Acadia wheels.

    Questions

    1 - 1 of 1 Question

Q: Will this fit a Volkswagen 5x100 bolt pattern hub?

    • A: The hub puller should fit all common car and light truck hubs. My advice is to remove the axle nut and verify that the spline and hub aren't seized. However, if you're seeking this it's probably painfully obvious you're in this predicament. I purchased this for use on a Hyundai Accent. It was incapable of separating the axle and hub even with heating. Save your receipt, try it without abusing it. If it won't budge, you'll probably have to locate a salvaged spindle and axle.
