I have been using this canopy for years! Love the overhang, which gives a little extra protection from the elements. Has survived 20+ camping trips and associated wear and tear from handling. Highly revvomended!!

Don’t do it.

First one we got to the campsite and it’s broken not impressed. Pack it up bring it back to the store get another one maybe used it five times and now the whole thing is faded not happy now it doesn’t match my decor. Disabled on pension not impressed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Outbound Straight Leg Canopy #076-5948-6 What are the dimensions? Is it 10 x 10?

  • A: The legs and frame on this tent are the standard 10'X10' distance but has an extended tarp length so the outside dimension is 13'X13'. That's 170 sq. ft of shade or rain protection instead of 100.

Q: Wind recently snapped a few of the screws that held the joints together. Is it possible to order replacement screws?

Q: I know someone asked about the size of the canopy but looking at the picture it looks like the legs come down inside the outer spread of the 13 feet of the canopy material. Is there a different dimension for the distance between the legs?

  • A: I’m answering my own question. I decided to buy the canopy and see for myself. Sure enough, the distance between the legs is not 13 ft as someone stated but more like 10 ft. The canopy material itself and upper frame area is 13 ft because the structure has 4 upper corners struts that slide out from the top of the frame that give an extra 1.5 on each corner, making the upper dimension of 13 ft..

Q: Outbound Straight Leg Canopy - What is the max. height of the canopy? We want a canopy the will fit over our tent. It is a large Coleman tent 14' long, 10' wide and 6'10" high. It would be out for 3 months at a time...

  • A: Hey Penelope, As do all tents at CT a carry bag is included. This model’s bag is 137 x 23.5 x 23.5cm (54x10x10inches) with rollers and handle. The unit weighs 19.42kgs (42.82lbs). Hope this helps!
