Stay Away from this product. If you don't subscribe to I Fit 60.00 month... It's very clunky to use in manual mode. requires updates and now we can't use it all. Total scam

Broke one month after 2-year warranty ran out

I do not recommend purchasing this machine. I used it four days a week for 30 minutes (not for a particularly intense workout) and it stopped working one month after the warranty ran out. Customer service was useless and an external repair company said it would be $1000 to fix because the issue was with the screen. Buy another product and thank me later.

The treadmill works but the incline motor doesn’t

I purchased this about two and half weeks ago from our local Canadian Tire. I previously owned the Horizon T202 (also purchased from the same store). That one died at just under three years (see my review). This new treadmill has been used daily since we purchased it. I believe it’s got about 60 plus miles on it. Putting it together was a breeze. Getting it up and running was easy. It’s smooth and seems solid. The built in “tablet” screen is bright and clear. You can see your distance, calories burned etc. I have ran up to 7mph and had no issues. The motor is strong at 3CHP. That was one of the reasons I purchased it (as the previous motor on the old treadmill had burned out). The other reason was the price. You don’t need an IFIT membership to use the treadmill. I use it in manual mode. I do my own HIIT or runs or walks and have had no issues. However, from the get go, the incline doesn’t work. I called tech support and we tried a few things but to no avail. A tech is coming by to repair the issue. The customer service has been good. Could I have returned it to Canadian Tire when I noticed the issue? Sure, but it’s heavy and NordicTrack seems to be decent at customer service. Besides, it’s winter here and I need a treadmill to exercise lol! See what happens.
