depuis quelques annee que se produit existe et je men sert pour des souffleuse a neige . ou dautre article avec le meme style de connection de ralonge electrique. avec cet embout.vous navez plus besoin dun extension adapté pour la souffleuse. peut importe laquelle a 3 fil sa fonctionne. et vous pouvez savoir si il y a du courant en meme temp. je laisse toujours l'embout connecter a souffleuse. et ne se lousse pas avec la vibration.

Q: By description I thought it converted a 2 prong outlet to a 3 prong one, however It's 3 prong female on one side and 3 prong male on the other side. What's this for? You can just take a two prong extension cord and plug it into a 3 prong outlet anyway.

A: I found it useful when dealing with electric devices, hedge trimmer in particular, that have an extended collar around the attached plug. Because it is narrow, it acts as an extension that accommodates that annoying bump on my extension cords.

Q: I accidentally broke the ground pin of my washer's 3-prong power plug. The plug is still functional without the ground pin. Can I connect my washer's 2-pin plug to this adapter in order to take advantage of the adapter's ground pin?

A: Hello. If a consumer uses an adapter between power cord plug and wall outlet, We are afraid the warranty of washer is no longer valid as the power cord does not plug into wall outlet directly. A: Yes 052-2437 has a 3-prong receptacle and 3-prong plug, so it can be used on the front of 3-prong extension cord. This adapter provides a power indicator light for those non-lighted extension cords.

Q: Does this adapter work with the Noma Christmas lights? I am finding it next to impossible to find an extension cord to use with these lights as they only accept two prong/same size plugs.

A: The Christmas lights are a non-polarized outlet and the 052-2437 is a three conductor configuration. This device cannot plug into the outlet of Christmas lights, however Christmas lights can plug into this adapter. This is all because of the non-polarized outlet.
