I purchased this online for an in-store delivery. That part of the process was seamless and easy. The actual timer was a bit finicky. First of all, the font is fairly small making reading it a bit of a challenge. Getting the timer to turn on and off correctly also took many tries since the instructions were not very clear. In the end, I ended up programming two different time slots for every day (one from 4:30 pm to 11:59 pm and the other from 12:01 am to 6:30 am) because, if I tried to do from 4:30 pm to 6:30 am it didn't work. Who knows? Maybe I was doing something wrong, but it should have been more user friendly to program. Now that I have it programmed, it is working like a charm.

So easy to setup and a lot of nice features. Set the timer for Christmas lights in mere minutes. Can use this on our pool in the summer to save on hydro costs. Anyone can use this.

I just purchased two new ones, but the five other ones I've been using for over a decade. I've worked flawlessly even if they're unplugged for four years. Usually the image is a little faded just plug it in and boom she's good to go. Love the multiple program settings. Use these variations from car heaters to Christmas lights to shutting off Wi-Fi and pets. So much ! Love love love.

Q: How to cancel program Does anyone know how to cancel a program? This model has 7 on/off programs and we only want to use 2 this year so we want to erase the previous programs. Any idea how to do this?

A: While you're reviewing the programs using the PROG button, when you see the one you want to cancel/delete hold the MODE button down and hit PROG.

Q: How many ON/OFF programs can it store? The online manual says 8, the features on the website say 20, a user question says 7... I need to cycle the power of a heater every 30 minutes.

A: Total I don’t know, but I use it during the summer to control my pool heater. 30 minutes on, 30 off, 6 am till 10pm.

A: This does not have the flashing/running feature. It is simply ON/OFF at the programmed times.

Q: Can the 2 outlets run on different timers and at what intervals? I need to power 2 water pumps, but each pump needs to run at different times. Also, how granular can the intervals be set to? I would like to have the pumps activate for just 5 minutes each day.
