Not dimmable

With a Leviton dimmer I can have this bulb at 100% or about 35%. If I get the dimmer in exactly the right position I can dim it to 50% but it flickers. In an Ikea table lamp its either strobing or 100%. The price is still quite good for a non-dimmable bulb but I wish the packaging was truthful.
