Q: What does “Tested” mean? Are these refurbished machines?
2 years agoA: Not refurbished machines. Tested means an unpaid consumer has used this make and model in their home and reported back detail of what they like dislike in everyday use. It must pass at least 4of5 stars to be labeled tested

Q: why only 2 cup sizes
4 years agoA: It gives you two options Espresso or Lungo, but if you press and hold the button you can fill the cup as much as you want to also for the next time machine will save your settings for the cup.
