Great little machine!

We are really happy with our new little coffee maker. We could be considered coffee snobs because we are so fussy about good coffee and actually bought the Inissia for it’s compact size. We bought it to take on a three week road trip. I am not a fan of Keurig coffees they have in most hotel rooms so I took a chance on the Nespresso. For a such a small package it makes a delicious coffee! Read the instructions for the easy fix of your first time using it because chances are it will be air locked. Also at first we were putting the pods in incorrectly and they jammed. Again an easy fix after checking on You Tube. We have a Smeg espresso machine at home and at one time owned a cafe so yes we are fussy about our coffee and this little inexpensive machine makes a surprisingly good coffee. Also we lucked out and got it on sale for $110.00. A win win :-)

Disappointed

Had to return this item because it would not pump water even after reaching out to client services for trouble shooting. Also, the coffee pods that were included where stale dated by a few months.

We're confident we'll find a solution so that you can enjoy your Nespresso coffee. However, before calling in, here are some valuable tricks to correct this situation: If the rounded end of the capsule is pierced with three puncture holes but not the foil, air bubbles prevent the water flow. Although the auto-priming feature should prevent these from occurring, we suggest running Lungo cycles repeatedly until the flow is restored. Lifting and replacing the water tank on the base a few times can also force water through the valve. To confirm, ensure that an air bubble floats to the water's surface. Another effective way is to enter descaling mode and start the pump. The constant pull can remove the air and restore flow. We hope this helps and appreciate your time and patience!

La premiere que jai acheter fonctionnais pas et canadien tire ne voulais pas me rembourser car je l’avais essayer fait dur leur affaire, et celle que j’ai échangé elle a brisé 4fois.
Dans mon entourage aussi ils on des problèmes avec cette marque.

A: Merci pour votre question ! Pour le moment, nous ne prévoyons pas produire une capsule rechargeable pouvant être utilisée dans nos machines. Nous sommes désolés de cet inconvénient. Par contre, sachez que Nespresso utilise l’aluminium pour nos capsules, car c’est le seul matériau que nous ayons trouvé pour protéger la qualité et la fraîcheur de nos cafés conformément à nos normes élevées. Nos capsules en aluminium scellées offrent la meilleure protection contre des facteurs tels que l’oxygène, la lumière et l’humidité qui peuvent compromettre la fraîcheur, le goût et la qualité. L’aluminium présente l’avantage unique d’être recyclable à l’infini et élimine la nécessité de tout emballage ou suremballage supplémentaire. De plus, Nespresso Canada a mis en place des options de retour pratiques permettant aux membres du Club de facilement retourner leurs capsules usagées en vue de leur recyclage. Une fois collectées, les capsules sont expédiées à un partenaire de recyclage où elles subissent un processus technologique, le premier de ce genre au Canada, qui sépare mécaniquement le marc de café de l’aluminium. L’aluminium est transformé en divers objets et le marc de café est revalorisé en compost sur des fermes locales, le tout, sans coût additionnel aux citoyens ou aux municipalités.
