The best! A plancha and a BBQ in one

Thaïs reversible griddle is just amazing. We cook our vegetables on that plat. It’s the between a BBQ and a plancha. I’ll command an other to make all the surface.

Griddle review still under construction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the seasoning instructions to be inconsistent with the product finish…trying to coat a textured finish with oil and a paper towel turned into a mess…I also find the griddle to be difficult to handle and clean. I cannot comment more on the cooking performance as I am in a cold weather climate and only used once and the outcome was acceptable.

Seasoning can be done in many ways, the most important step is to make sure you have coated it with a heavy grease or lard, and have it baked onto the surface. Cleaning is to just wipe it down and recoat with grease. Thanks

Love this product! I got this a few days ago and it is a great accessory to add to a rogue bbq. It is a must for anyone wanting to make eggs and bacon on the bbq. I was looking to buy a plancha and with this griddle I don’t think I’ll need too.
