Q: Every time we turn the car off and back on the camera needs to retold what mode to be in and also does not start recording automatically. The camera is plugged in to a power source that comes on with the car. How do we set it up to record automatically?
a year agoA: Hello, Usually this is an issue with the MicroSD card, please try resetting the dash cam and then reformatting the SD card, if it does not work, please try formatting the SD card through a computer.

Q: what is PARKING MODE
2 years agoA: Hi Mike, Parking Mode is motion detection mode compared to loop recording. Motion detection mode only record when motion is detected while loop recording is continuously recording in x minutes loop as long as power is on. mygekogear support team.
