Très mauvais service. Je voulais l’obtenir alors j’ai demandé à une préposée de m’aider. Elle a dit que ce n’était pas son département et qu’elle allait m’envoyer le bon préposé. J’ai attendu 20 minutes et j’ai vu deux employés dans la rangée voisine en train de travailler. J’ai demandé pour me donner accès à l’article que je voulais. Très déçu du service!
