Disappointed to say the least

I had 2 of the fish feeders about 3 years stored and put them out and neither one will work even though they are free spinning and programmer is set to feed for 6 seconds they will not engage only dims the screen with 100% battery.

Haven't been able to set it up, not intuitive. Haven't found a phone number to call for help I had an earlier model for many years. Simple and effective to set up.
