Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this thermometer. It is easy to use even without reading the manual. I love that it can be put into a silent mode for nighttime use. We were able to sneak into my toddlers room and take his temperature without waking him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this thermometer. Not only does it give you accurate temperature on people. But this goes beyond that, you can use it to check the water temperature also. You are filling up your bath water for the kids and your not sure it it’s to hot you simply hold it over the water and it will tell you. Amazing how far technology came.

I love the color coded temperature reading and even tested it by checking the surfaces of my cold fridge and hot cook-top:-) It works well, is light weight and is easy to use (just click from 5 inches away). I love the fact you can use it to temp the baby's formula and bath water etc. such a handy device to have around when you have a new born or any child or adult for that matter. Will be getting another just in case for a back up in my car. Also would be a great gift. very well made and durable with accurate temp readings thus far/.

Seems accurate and consistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though it says it is a baby thermometer, I bought it for the adults in the household. It seems accurate, but more importantly, it is consistent. I've tried taking several readings in a row and it never varied by more than 0.2 degrees. My previous oral thermometer would vary by more than 2 degrees and be all over the place if you took several readings.
The key thing with this one is you must have a clean and dry forehead. Any sweat or moisture brings down the temperature by a couple of degrees.
