A: These are a universal design, suitable for most vehicles using a top post battery configuration. Some vehicles, however, have additional components (such as fuses or relays) as integrated components of the OE battery terminal. If such is the case with your Nissan Altima, then these terminals would not be compatible. You may also consider model 011-3502 which is another popular universal replacement design..

A: You simply loosen the two bolts, slide your 4 or 1 gauge bare cable under the plate, then re-tighten the two bolts.
