Just finished installing them,wire is a good gauge and pre stripped. Ground wire could be a bit longer though. The lights have an attached ground wire that i put to the frame but the lights wont work without the ground wire in the harness.

Q: The package for this light kit says that it is submersible, but is labelled as for utility trailers. Before I install them, can you please confirm whether this light kit is suitable for a boat trailer which will be submersed in when launching the boat?

A: The kit is labeled submersible and is water proof, yes it is made for boat trailers but would make an excellent choice on a standard utility trailer if you lived in an area with a high rainfall average
