Poor workmanship

Within 2-3 months it started to become sloppy in turning. Eventually (within 6 months ) it was just flopping around as you turned it. When I took it apart I discovered that the welds at the base had become broken. I returned to CT and got store credit (as opposed to exchange - I wasn't going to put another in just to have to replace it after a few months!) But they had to call Moen first to get an authorization number. NOTE: I would have rated it one star but, to be fair, I do have a spray/flow attachment that I pull on all the time (to change to spray). That is probably what broke the welds; so someone not using that attachment might not have any problem with this unit.

Good quality product

I have had this over a year now, with no problems--no leaks, no rust. The handle moves smoothly and requires little effort. I often just use my wrist when my hands are dirty.
Good quality for the price. The installation was very straightforward. I did it myself, and I am not very handy.

Good Basic Faucet

Have had this faucet for a little while now and it still works fine with no problems. It's not fancy but very simple and basic. The handle still works well and the spout still swivels well too.

Good for Low-Intensity Use

I have this in my laundry room, where it performs adequately. Overall you can tell the build quality is lower than the $900 Grohe faucet that's in my kitchen, but what do you expect? Difficult to install, lever is a little floppy, but overall it's a decent product.
