Detectors drop off

Our plumber installed the leak detectors and we have experienced several issues. First, some of the batteries were bad and needed replacement. Next, 3 of the detectors wee bad and could not be added to the system. The biggest problem is 2-4 of the detectors drop every day. Some of them repair to the system but a few will not repair and have to be manually added back. Please help.

Moen leaking sensor

Just installed the Moen leaking shutoff device and tried to add-in the 3 sensors goes along with it. Soon I finish setting the 1st sensor and it trigged the leaking even it sat on the table. Ran out of time so I unplugged the battery and will finish setting for another 2 tomorrow.

Can’t connect to WiFi

I can’t seem to get it synced with my iPhone/ipad/android devices. I get stuck at the part where I’m connecting the detector to my WiFi, that screen doesn’t change at all!

A: These detectors come with a battery (Battery Type: CR123A – 3-volt lithium metal) that lasts up to 2 years. Therefore, if the battery has charge, this will work during an outage.
