I love this shower head. Easily switch to different settings. The massage setting is very powerful! Like the magnetic clip, it's very strong and keeps the head in place.

Waste of money and an extremely dumb idea.

What a dumb idea this is. A magnetic shower head. Whatever moron though this was a good idea should be fired. This stupid thing doesnt even stay up there if its not point directly at my back wall. I had to ziptie it to keep it up which means I can't even use the hose feature. The Peice that connects to the shower arm is made from cheap plastic and broke cause the whole thing weighs to much for the magnet.
No, I do not recommend this product.

If the unit is installed on a shorter shower arm, there will not be enough clearance for the hose when the showerhead is angled downwards causing the handheld showerhead not being able to stay secure to the magnetic dock. We are sorry to hear the hand shower dock broke for you. The 179700 Hand Shower Dock will need to be replaced to resolve the issue you are experiencing. The Moen Engage 6-Function Magnetic Handheld Shower Head, Chrome has 6-spray functions-wide coverage, downpour, relaxing massage, massage, soothing massage and rinse. To change spray functions on the Moen Engage 6-Function Magnetic Handheld Shower Head, Chrome you would use the selector tab that is grasped to rotate the spray face and change the spray functions.
