Do not recommend

Cheaply made and the fixture turns once connected. The weight of the handheld wand causes the connector to swivel and not stay in place. Very disappointing for a moen product

Not Impressed

Well, not impressed. The idea of showering is to get wet and this one with the “California EPA” pathetic water flow rating actually sucks. If your main concern is wanting to save water maybe get it, however I want something that’s efficient to shower with, I can’t imagine a woman with long hair trying to rinse off with this.

Cannot Secure Piece that is connected to the pipe.

As others have mentioned, once installed, the main piece rotates. There is not a way to make it more secure. It is a design flaw the main piece should not be seperate for the nut that screws onto the pipe. I bought this with confidence in the moen brand, but this is not useable.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Unstable .. will be returning

I have quite a few Moen products in my house, so i bought the 218COSRN. Like others have posted this shower head is completely unstable. It tilts to the side the minute the hand held is added so is not gong to work for me.
