No instructions and hard to find online. I used pliers to tighten the handheld hoe connection and scared and cracked it. I will take it back to store but this would have been easy to prevent. Just provide instructions. Could have printed o the included back packaging card or a printed instruction sheet.

No, I do not recommend this product.

It’s lightweight easy to use. Quiet during showers and offers multiple spray options. Maintenance is simple thanks to the rubber nozzles that wipe clean. Installation was quick and easy. Just screws onto a standard shower arm and the hose mount, and handheld included.

You can turn on one at a time, or both simultaneously. The water pressure is great and I love that you can change it to multiple different settings. The stainless steel is classic and matches my bathroom as well. Overall I'm very happy with this shower head and would highly recommend it!
