Unfortunate bad product from Moen

Unfortunately I bought this product twice. The second time because I thought it was an installation error that caused a leak. I know now that it is the product which is faulty. It calls for hand tightened and no thread seal tape. It does not seal and launches water everywhere. I called for Moen and the best they could do is send a third unit. Perhaps the first two were faulty and this third one will work great.
I’ve owned a medium sized construction company for 12 years and used Moen predominately though out my career. I can no longer stand behind these products after this debacle.

Had this shower head for a while and quite satisfied with it. Would have preferred a higher pressure setting as well, but for what you get, it's a great price and I've not had any issued with the product.

Q: Is there a shut off button or switch on the unit? Does it come with a wall holder and connecting hose and if so, how long?

The product in question does not have a shut off on it , the 3 functions on the hand held are : Relaxing Invigorating Refreshing All the functions are controlled by rotating the dial, the kit comes with a shower arm bracket which is used for securing the shower head when not in use, the kits also includes a 60 inch hose.
