Professional grade torque wrench

I use it to torque on crankshafts, etc. The head is relatively low profile. It fits perfect between the engine block and the front of a car (a/c condensor). It gives a nice satisfying click when you hit the set torque, can't miss it. It has a good hand hold. The length is great for reaching higher torque, not to long and not too short. The locking sleeve is nice because its not spring loaded, just slide it to unlock and set the torque. The head is 3/4" drive, so you will need larger size sockets compared to 1/2" drive. Construction quality is professional mechanic grade. The ratchet direction is reversible. If you need this tool I would highly recommend. For what it is the price of 400 is a really good deal.

  • A: - This is a Bi-Directional Torque Wrench but the counterclockwise use is limited. We only calibrate +/- 4% accuracy clockwise. It would be OK to use counterclockwise within the 600ft-lb capacity (at that torque or lower).
