Bought the cheap one on the shelf, my orbital died. It did fine. The hokey dust collector fell off.

Very odd and difficult method of attaching sandpaper. Unit came with one sheet of paper the correct size, but it does not securely attach because of how the wire fasteners are mounted in opposing directions. I did make it work, but was tough to keep the paper in place.
