Bought a week ago on sale, plenty of good features, I think any of the bad reviews may be misuse . This planner draws a good 15amps maybe more under load minimum 12 gauge extension chord and ideally on a 20 amp circuit.

Produit de basse gamme. Utilisé quelque peut et déja une vis de l'engrenage s'est brisé. Jai apellé le détaillant pour la commander le jour même il y a 6 semaines. Back order est la réponse que j'ai eu, depuis j'ai apellé a 2 reprises et je me fais dire qu'un courriel a été envoyé au manufacturier et aucune réponse. Imaginer si cette vis ferait parti de " Air Force 1" Trump ne pourrait se déplacer de Washington a Mar a Lago

Q: Why does the description say, this planer has a side mounted wheel for height adjustment yet the one and only picture shows a top crank handle.

A: The top crank handle is for height adjustment, however there is a depth stop wheel with different thicknesses located on the bottom right of the planer (handle side) to assist you in getting the thickness identical across many work pieces.
