This item was a clearance item because one of the latches was loose. I received a further 10% discount at customer service. The latch was easily fixed by straightening it with a pair of pliers. It's sold and exactly the size I needed. Although the tray could have been slightly deeper.

Q: does this tool box come with a tray inside the main storage box? i bought one and it doesn't have one but the videos show them including one
