Q: I need to ship this tool and the shipper is requesting an MSDS. Where can I access the MSDS?

A: A battery pack generally does not have an MSDS, they are made available for the battery cells contained within the battery pack but not the pack itself. If you are shipping the battery pack internationally, even with the MSDS, the Carrier will refuse unless you personally have certification to ship batteries internationally, which requires training through a certified body. If you are shipping domestically, either within Canada or to the US, the postal service will also refuse to ship the battery pack. I recommend that you take the package, prepared to be shipped, to a UPS service provider. They will ship it for you without the need of an MSDS, simply declare it as a tool accessory.

Q: Are the 20 volt maximum batteries interchangeable with the mastercraft 20 volt batteries and tools?

A: No, the Maximum program is a different program versus Mastercraft. The batteries are not interchangeable.
