good all purpose tape measure

This is a very good product that I can rely on. Don't know why the first reviewer had problems with it, but I found it so good, in fact I went out and bought the 16 ft smaller tape measure as well. I like the fact that it is both metric and SAE. It glides really well, and retracts super fast. It can hold out straight for a good length without bending.

If you want a duarable tape and you don't care about usability, then this is the one, but I warn all right hand handymen, the metric side of this tape will make you cringe. When you want to mark a board to cut, you want the same scale on both sides of the tape. This tape offers metric on one side and imperial on the other making it frustrating when holding the tape in your left hand while scribling a nocth with your right hand.
