Use the Mastercraft Swaging Tool for efficiently joining metal tubes. The high-quality construction of this hand tool makes it resilient to withstand impact and extend added durability. Joining similar size metal tubes gets easy with this swaging tool. It also eliminates the need for couplings and needs only one solder joint. Simple striking with a hammer is all it takes to insert the tool into copper, brass, or aluminum tubes. This cable swaging tool is ideal for tubing with outside diameters of 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, and 5/8 inches.

It was not as easy to use as I had hoped. I figured out a work around with another item that made the job much easier and quicker. I bought this to stretch 1/4” tubing to build a drip irrigation system
