First use, the extractor bit broke in half. I was incredulous to say the least. Canadian Tire replaced it under the 90-day warranty, but honestly, this is not a quality product. Save your money and buy something of better quality.

It comes well packed in sturdy plastic box which is quite helpful in keep the screw extractors organized. I also loved the metal quality of these screws as they do they job without breaking away.

No good!

I bought this to remove a broken screw on my snowblower. Drilled the hole and then the extractor broke off leaving the broken piece in the way. Could not be drilled out.
