Terrible product

I bought two of these and they both blew apart after a month of use. They have steel threads going into aluminum that cant hold the pressure. Didn't filter any water. Restricts air too much.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this filter for a pailnt gun application at home and had to replace it because the plastic housing cracked. It does look strong enough and my unit might have had a flaw. So far the replacement works ok except for a constant minor air leak from the input treads. Tape doesn't seem to help.

Q: Thanks Bob27, but I'm new to these things. I would like to know how to clean the inside of the air-oil separator. How do you get the soap & water in, and then rinsed out? Does it need to be dried? Frequency? Every 20 hours of operation? More? Less?

Q: Which end of this filter is supposed to be connected towards the tool ? The package doesn't give any clue which way to install the filter in the air line.
