Poor assembly of the sanding asst

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and the Velcro from the sanding pad came off of the pad within 5 minutes of use. Haven’t tied the other blades as the main reason for purchase was the sanding pad. Was going to return it but can’t find the receipt

A: The Rockwell Oscillating Tools are Universal Fit and will fit all accessories both closed and open back blades. There is also a hyperlock system which provides 1 ton of clamping force to prevent blade slippage.
