The Mastercraft Grinding Stone, Coarse Cylindrical, is ideal for deburring, sharpening, and general-purpose grinding on hard materials. This cylindrical grinding stone is designed to work well on glass, tile, and masonry. The abrasive grinding wheel rests on a horizontal axis and extends greater grinding precision. The coarse grinding stone features a 1/4-inch shank that supports its use with most electric drills. Simply touch the stone against the workpiece to determine the correct grinding position and apply light pressure with the power tool. By securing the workpiece and moving it axially, the tool is much more versatile and allows for complex shapes, multiple diameters, and angles to be ground. This grinding stone measures 7/16 x 7/8".
