Q: Where do I get a 12mm that matches this set? Both 9 and 11pc sets are missing 12mm which is a very common fastener size. Do you have one so I can complete the set?

Q: How many are in a package for #58-8545-0? In the features, for Metric, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 22mm are 10 pieces, not 11 pieces. Which one is missing?
