Q: Please explain the use of two levels, versus one, in each vial?

A: This is an old discontinued model no longer available in stores. If you see inventory in your local store online, it's of the level in the 2nd image (with only 1 vial each) but this version is discontinued as well so inventory will be scarce. The double vial was used on some older levels so that you could accurately use it in any orientation (upside down, etc..).

Q: warranty of the day or packaging info I purchased the level with the "old" packaging that stated a lifetime warranty not one year. If the warranty of the day is 1 year yet I purchased a product that was labelled differently which will be honored?

A: If you have the packaging that states lifetime warranty, the lifetime warranty should be honoured.

Q: Different Warranties, same product number I recently picked up this saw and noticed a difference in the warranties. This level used to feature a lifetime warranty but now it is 1 year, yet the product number has not changed. How will this affect my purchase?

A: The warranties may change over time even if the product numbers do not. The stores will honour the warranty of the product based on what is was at the time you purchase it. Please retain your receipt for warranty.
