The buffing compound will not transfer to the wheel. Instead the wheel tears itself apart with the centrifugal motion created by the drill, and that's using a lower recommended RPM than what's recommended. The faster it spins the quicker it comes apart. Do not buy!

Very poor performance

Did not function very well. The cutting compounds did not transfer onto the wheels. I held the stick to the wheel for a minute and nothing transferred. The wheels collapsed due to the poor stitching. There should be a second row closer to the edge. The large wheel had folded material sew inside and made it separate in the middle. A waste of time. They should look to other retailers for a better solution. But the arbor worked well.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Won't work with cordless drill

You need to use a corded drill to get enough speed. Polished the rim of my old stainless steel sink to nice shine! Wet sanded first then buffed to a nice shine.
